George Fisher
George Ross Fisher V was born in Philadelphia, PA, in 1982. At Albright College George discovered his calling: after only three stage appearances George was cast in the lead role of Mack the Knife in Berthold Brecht's "The Threepenny Opera" ... and George has been on stage ever since.
After graduating, George followed in the footsteps of his acclaimed theater professor Jeffrey Lentz, attending the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Theater Institute (NTI), in Waterford, CT.
George was given the lead role in his first out-of-college performance as the roustabout Chad in Joe DiPietro's Broadway musical "All Shook Up." The following summer, he worked with the Tony-Award-Winning National Playwright's Conference.
George has several professional credits: both Parpignol and the customs Sergeant in La Bohème; the lead villain, Hammer, in Stephanie Arasim Portnov's children's show "Blue Lou & The Bullyfish,"; the Bag Man in Glass Cannon's music video "I Love Scallops,"; and the lead actor in a liquor commercial still in production.
He also single-handedly managed both light and sound for several productions of "Sweetland" and worked backstage at the Walnut Street Theater in Philadelphia for a season.
